Eventstation.ai is a start-up from Jena co-founded by the world-renowned AI-Artist “The Dor Brothers”. We are one of the leading providers of automated and personalized image creation using GenAI for marketing and print purposes. We have successfully executed projects with notable partners such as the Interpublic Group (IPG), Bayer Leverkusen, Fiverr, L’Oréal, and the DNP Group (Dai Nippon Printing). Our innovation has also been recognized by global tech leaders, as we are part of the Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Google Cloud accelerator programs.


Role Overview & Key Responsibilities


  • Client Projects: Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget.

  • Sales & Strategy: Develop new product definitions, pricing models, and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Marketing: Coordinate marketing activities to meet long-term company goals.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage pilot projects, and successfully roll out new products.

  • Client Relationships: Manage pilot projects, rollouts, and client satisfaction.

  • Partner Management: Collaborate with external providers on internal automation (sales, marketing, and other measurements for efficiency increase).

  • Creative Vision Development: Conceive unique artistic concepts and ideas for clients that can be brought to life by our team of AI artists.

  • Negotiation & Pitching: Craft pitches, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in sales management and expertise in marketing campaign planning and strategy implementation, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Figma, and WIX, and familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, Midjourney, Flux).

  • Fluency in German and English (company’s primary working language).

  • Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate creative ideas.

  • Independent doer & problem solver mentality who can think long-term and stay focused.

  • Willingness to work unconventional hours (worldwide clientele).

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic and international client meetings, trade shows, or team events—on average 1x per month. A driver’s license is a plus but not a strict requirement.
