Introducing the AI Filter Creator in our Eventstudio Webapp

At Eventstation.ai, we’re constantly innovating to elevate AI-powered marketing activations. Our latest feature in the Eventstudio Webapp, the AI Filter Creator, empowers you to create custom AI filters for your or your client's next event.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use this new feature:

How to Create Your Own AI Filter

1. Start with the Positive Prompt

In the positive prompt, describe what you want the AI to generate. Be as detailed as possible to achieve the best results. For example, instead of writing:

“a portrait of a male in the style of Van Gogh,”

try:

“a full-body painting portrait of a male holding a cute cat in Starry Night by Van Gogh, fantasy landscape, in the style of Van Gogh’s Starry Night.”

Note: If you specify a gender in the positive prompt (e.g., "A man sitting by the lake"), it will override the selected gender in the form. To use the gender selected in the UI, refer to it using the placeholder {gender} (e.g., "A {gender} sitting by the lake"). This is important for the later step of adding it to your pviate filter libary

2. Enter the Negative Prompt

The negative prompt allows you to specify what you don’t want in the image. This further refines the AI output, giving you more control over the shown details for your creation.

Note: We recommend adding the words : nsfw, naked in your negative prompt to ensure no unwanted nudity can happen in your image.

3. Upload an Image

Test your filter by uploading an image. This step helps you see how your filter performs with different people or subjects. It’s recommended to test with various people to ensure consistent results across different genders and ethnicities.

4.Select your Settings

After defining your testsubject and your positive and negative prompt you now have to define your settings:

  • Gender Selection: Choose whether your person in your uploaded image is a man/female/boy/girl

  • Style Selection: Pick from three styles — realistic, animated, or claymation — to match the tone of your event.

  • Image Quality: Choose the resolution: Quick, HD, or 4K, depending on how detailed you want the final image to be.

  • Image Ratio: Select the aspect ratio — portrait, landscape, or square — to suit different printing or sharing needs.

5. Generate your filter

Once your settings are in place, click Generate Image and let the AI work its magic. Within 10-15 seconds, your custom image will be ready.

After the image is generated, you can:

  • Print the image

  • Download the image

  • Delete the image if you're unsatisfied with the result

Now you can fine tune your positive prompt and overall settings, when you are happy with your results you are ready to save it to your filter libary to use it at your next event.

6. Add to Filter Library

Once you’re satisfied with your results, press the Add to Filter Library button. This will take you to a new page where you can define your filter’s name, upload an image which will be shown to select the filter and add a description.

Important: Do not make any changes to the prompt on this page. We've implemented custom logic to ensure that the correct gender is applied automatically when you use the filter in your event. This guarantees consistent results for each use and the showcase of the correct selected gender.

After finalizing this step your filter will be visible in your private filter libary, now you can select this filter in the eventcreator and use it at your next event.
